Tie-Dye - #7 - Mix secondary colors and what you get

Stage Seven of Tie-Dye - Verbally describe what the outcome will be if two secondary colors are mixed.

Remember that you should have a notepad or printout of your worksheet. The worksheet is located at the lower part of your Computer Screen. If you do not have a printout then take notes so you can put the information needed in the boxes.

The honor suggests that two secondary colors will produce a shade of brown but I found out that there can be more than that with the mixing of the colors.

What happens if you mix two secondary colors? (colorwithleo.com)

When it comes to mixing colors, most people are familiar with the primary colors – red, blue, and yellow.

But what happens when you mix the secondary colors – green, orange, and purple? Let’s take a closer look at secondary colors and what happens when you combine them.

Secondary colors are created by mixing two primary colors. For example, if you mix red and yellow, you get orange. If you mix blue and yellow, you get green. And if you mix red and blue, you get purple.

So what happens when you mix two secondary colors together? The resulting color depends on which two secondary colors you choose to mix

Some people believe that the color that two secondary will create is a dark brown. The link above states the same thing when you mix Orange and Green. But there is more to the colors when mixing secondary or primary colors.

Be creative when mixing.
